Girl Scouts of Northern California is introducing a new online registration system for camp this year! This method of registration is fast and easy, and it’s green! There are many benefits to using online registration like, up-to-date information on space available in programs (you’ll receive instant confirmation if space is available), waitlist opportunities for programs that might be full (which allows us to open up more spaces for campers!), and convenient payment options for your fees. We STRONGLY encourage everyone to use online registration, however information about paper registration can be found here along with information about special programs that require additional registration forms or applications.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE to the online registration system, please be sure to read through this important information including helpful tips and tricks!!
1. You can register for 1 program at a time. If you would like your camper to attend more than 1 program, you will need to complete the online process for each program registration.
2. If space is available, your credit card/debit card payment will be processed immediately and you will be confirmed in the program. (Pay close attention to sessions dates and programs that may overlap if you register for more than 1 program. Deposits will not be refunded after camp registration is confirmed.)
3. If your camper has a buddy, you can list their name on the registration form, but this does not guarantee there will be space for the buddy when they register.
4. If the program you want is full, GET ON THE WAIT LIST. This does not cost anything, you are not charged to submit a wait list registration. Wait lists are reviewed frequently and often camp capacities are increased to accommodate demand for programs. You will be contacted by email if a space becomes available. If space becomes available and your camper is already confirmed for another program, you can move your registration (and any fees paid) without penalty.
5. If you are applying for financial aid, you must still pay the $100 deposit.
6. You can use your GSNorCal Cookie Credit in this registration process. You will need your card with the 19 digit number. If you don't have it, but would like to use it at a later time, you can use it in future payments through the online system as well.
7. Programs will be listed on a calendar. Use this key to help you read the calendar to figure out program listings:

8. When you proceed to the registration page, you will land on a calendar of the current month. To register for programs during the summer, pick June, July and/or August from the drop down menu. Programs offered during these months will then show on the calendar.
9. Online registration is available for Sugar Pine Round Up Family Camp and Girls Just Want to Have Fun at Bothin this year. On your receipt you will see further information as to the details of your registration and confirmation or waitlist information.
10. Registration for transportation for all Camp Metro programs can be completed through the online process this year. You will have the opportunity to pick your transportation needs, and your request will be confirmed at a later date from the registration department.
11. Programs that also require an application (Adv. CIT, Adv. WIT, App. CIT, App. WIT, Tally Ho!, Wild West Adventure) can register online, but you will not be confirmed until the application is also approved. You will receive a confirmation that the registration was received, but comfirmation of placement will come at a later date. To complete the applications for these programs click here.
12. Online registration uses enhanced security features for secure transactions. Our service provider is Security Metrics Certified, meeting the Payment Card Industry security standards (PCI).
