All staff members receive a salary, comprehensive job training, time off daily, breaks between sessions, supplemental health and accident insurance, a staff uniform, and room and board for resident camp staff.
Girl Scouts of Northern California also offers seasonal camp staff opportunities to increase their summer compensation through a bonus program. Bonus payments are awarded only if the staff member completes their summer agreement and ends the season in good standing with the Girl Scout Council (Applicable taxes will be deducted.):
