This is the coolest interactive website! This is great for both girls and adults. As you go through the home you learn water conservation practices to use in each area of the house. It also has the water budget calculator for figuring out your familyÕs average water usage and tips to cut down on the amount used. This site is so good it is referenced on many other websites as the place to go to get easy to use information.

A good all around site for water conservation, it has 100 tips to cut down on water usage, a challenging tip tank online activity that is fun and teaches water conservation tips, a family water audit a landscaping guide and more. This site is good for girls in 4th grade or above and adults.

Consumer Reports - Water Savers: 50 ways to live with less

This site lists 50 ways to save water. It is a good list with explanations of how to implement the tips and a variety of suggestions, some easy and some more extensive. Suggestions are listed by room/section of the house to make it easier to use. Links to other websites are also embedded in the text. The site is intended for adults but is fine for girls who are good readers.
