Girl Scouts of Northern California’s Hispanic Initiative recognizes the importance of bringing Girl Scouting to the fast-growing Latino community, so we place a special focus on establishing strategies that will help Girl Scouting better serve the Latino community.

 Our goals are simple:

• To deliver high-quality program to every Latina who wants to be a Girl Scout.
• Develop internal infrastructure that enables our organization to better support our Latina members.
• Build a membership base that reflects the demographics of the communities we serve.
