Program Aide (PA) Training is for 7th-12th grade girls who show an interest in becoming a leader for younger Girl Scouts and who, under the supervision of an adult leader, assists with exciting programs and day camps. At the PA Training, girls learn about the basics of PA duties and expectations, the stages of youth development, communication & teambuilding skills, and what qualities make an effective leader.
