Fingerprinting For Adult Screening
You Are Here : Home : FOR VOLUNTEERS : Adult Screening Process :
As part of the Adult Screening Process, volunteers in Santa Clara County must complete the fingerprinting process. Volunteers in other areas may elect to be fingerprinted rather than provide three personal references. Please click here for more information about the Adult Screening Process.
Please be aware that we cannot accept previous fingerprint clearances from other agencies (in accordance with California law). You must be fingerprinted specifically for Girl Scouts. Click here to see other Frequently Asked Questions.

About Finger Printing
- Fingerprinting will be on a first come, first served basis. A numbering system has been established to maintain a priority order for fingerprinting.
- If you leave the office/meeting, preference will be given to those individuals currently waiting in office.
- Be sure to bring a form of valid photo ID with you: driver’s license, passport, military ID, or California ID card.
- While the average processing time per person is 10 minutes, times may vary based on the quality of fingerprinting images.
Thank you in advance for your patience, cooperation and continued support.
