	Review the world of resources available to help get you ready for the cookie program. Contact your local council office if you have questions about training or resource materials. Troop Checklist Troop cookie manager is trained Confirm that annual permission slip is signed and girls are approved to participate in product sales.
4 Weeks to go!	Week of December 21, 2009
	Consider the possibilities as you get ready to lead a successful cookie sale inspired by u. Girls can make invitations for family and friends to come to their troop meeting and discuss the possibilities for a successful Cookie Sale. At the meeting, discuss the troop’s goals and how you can reach them. Plan to do some of the activities provided in the 2009 Cookie Sale Activity Kit Guide. Troop Checklist Get your copy of the 2009 Cookie Sale Activity Kit, and Cookie Sale Troop Packet at a Service Unit Meeting. Contact your local Cookie Manager for details. Plan some activities based on the Cookie Sale Activity kit
3 Weeks to go!	Week of December 28, 2009
	Inspire girls through a world of games and learning! Girls! Check out Little Brownie Bakers' Website and join the cookie club! For older girls consider becoming a CEO – Cookie Entreprenuer Officer! There also many other fun and interesting activities on this site.
2 Weeks to go!	Week of January 4, 2010
	Imagine how your cookie sales can make a difference by letting family and friends know that it is less than two weeks away! Girls let family and friends know that you will be selling cookies in January, wear your cookie t-shirts, and pass out your cookie business cards (template available to older girls through the Cookie Entreprenuer Program) and consider sending a message to your previous customers either by email or with a phone call. Troop Checklist Girl Packets should have been distributed to you at your troop training. Pre-ordered T-Shirts can be picked up from the council office store.
1 Week to go!	Week of January 11, 2010
	Initial orders begin January 15^th! Inspire your girls and get ready to begin taking cookie orders!
