New! Credit/Debit Card Sales through Intuit's GoPayment

In 2012, Girl Scouts NorCal is teaming up with Intuit’s GoPayment mobile platform to launch a council-wide pilot program for accepting debit/credit cards on cookie purchases.

A few local troops tested the viability of credit transactions last year, and with the generous donation by Intuit, we’re able to extend the option to troops across our 19 counties. This not only can help maximize your troop's sale by attracting customers who aren't carrying cash, but it also showcases that Girl Scout programs embrace technology and real-world skills as teachable moments for our girls.

Troops submit Starting Orders.

February 10-12, 2012
Cookies delivered to Troops.

February 13, 2012
GO DAY! Girls/Troops begin thier sales. Girls can sell to friends and family, go door-to-door, or conduct booth sales.

February 27, 2012
First Troop deposit due to council. (Remember Money Mondays!)

February 28, 2012
Starting Order returns due. (Turn-in Tuesdays! Full sealed cases must be returned each Tuesday for the remainder of the sale.)

March 5, 2012
Second Troop deposit due to council.

March 6, 2012
Full sealed cases received from the cupboard in the previous week should be returned.

March 12, 2012
Third Troop deposit due to council.

March 13, 2012
Full sealed cases received from the cupboard in the previous week should be returned.

March 18, 2012
Sale Ends.

March 19, 2012
Final day for cupboard pick-ups or returns. Girl money due to troop.

March 20, 2012
Final Troop deposits are due. eBudde closes at 11:59 p.m.

March 21, 2012
Troop paperwork is due to the Service Unit Manager.
