All volunteers must be registered members. Service Unit Registrars handle members' personal information and must also complete screening.

In order to better support volunteers with troop registration, we recommend that you have taken and are familiar with the following courses:

You will be able to access your Service Unit Registrar Checklist and complete your screening, registration, and all the required training. Most of our courses are available online, but some of our more advanced courses are in-person. Click on the button below to log in and get started. 

2014-15 Renewal Deadline is September 30, 2014.

  • Troop Leaders must renew their troop members before 9 p.m. September 29, 2014. My Troops is offline on September 30 for maintenance.
  • Parents should renew their daughters and/or themselves before 9 p.m. September 30, 2014. This ensures that there is no break in their Girl Scout membership.

What Does A Service Unit Registrar Do?

Service unit registrars work with the troop support manager and troop leaders to register girls and adults within the service unit, keep registration records up-to-date, and promote and encourage troops to re-register during spring registration. Who Can Be A Service Unit Registrar?

Any registered and screened adult 18 or older, female or male, who has completed the required online learning courses for service unit registrars.
