Leader Support Manager

Works with the other service unit team members to develop plans for the service unit for the year.  Plans and facilitates team meetings and leader meetings. Find out more about being a Leader Support Manager including training requirements and resources.

Program Support Manager

Works with the other service unit team members to develop plans for the service unit for the year.  Oversees events, ensuring that procedures are followed. Find out more about being a Program Support Manager including training requirements and resources.

Troop Support Manager

Works with the other service unit team members to develop a membership plan for the year. Assists in recruiting new leaders and girls and coordinates the formation of new troops. Find out more about being a Troop Support Manager including training requirements and resources.

Service Unit Treasurer

Responsible for keeping records of service unit financial records by tracking income and expenses and filing the yearly financial report.  Assists troop leaders with banking matters. Find out more about being a Service Unit Treasurer including training requirements and resources.

Service Unit Registrar

Works with the troop support manager and troop leaders to register girls and adults within the service unit, keeps registration records up-to-date. Find out more about being a Service Unit Registrar including training requirements and resources.

Service Unit Fall Product Sale Manager

Facilitates the Fall Sale for the service unit, including training and assisting troop Fall Sale managers during the sale. Manages paperwork and coordinates disbursement of product and incentives. Service Unit Cookie Sale Manager

Facilitates the Cookie Sale for the service unit, including training and assisting troop Cookie Sale managers during the sale. Manages paperwork and coordinates disbursement of product and incentives. Key months for this position: October-March. Event Manager

Handles and coordinates special events for the service unit; including distribution, collection, and scheduling of any information pertinent to event. Event First Aider

Works with the event manager to develop and manage a safety plan for the event. Service Unit Adult Recognitions Chair

Educates volunteers on the adult recognition process. Promotes, encourages, and facilitates the nomination of outstanding volunteers for service unit, council and national recognitions, and ensures nominations are submitted on time.
