All volunteers must be registered members. Troop Registrars handle members personal information and must also be screened.

You will be able to complete registration and screening as well as required learning courses for your role. 2014-15 Renewal Deadline is September 30, 2014.

  • Troop Leaders must renew their troop members before 9 p.m. September 29, 2014. My Troops is offline on September 30 for maintenance.
  • Parents should renew their daughters and/or themselves before 9 p.m. September 30, 2014. This ensures that there is no break in their Girl Scout membership.
2014-15 Dates for Troop Leaders to Remember

Deadline for Troop Leaders to renew troop members online using My Troops
September 30 No access to My Troops for Troop Leaders.
Individuals may still use My Family to register family members online.
October 1 Troop members who have not renewed will drop off My Troops.

What Does A Troop Registrar Do?

Troop registrars work with troop leaders to register girls and adults within the troop, keep registration records up-to-date, and promote and encourage troops to re-register during spring registration.

Who Can Be A Troop Registrar?

Any registered and screened adult 18 or older, female or male, who has completed the required online learning courses for troop treasurers.

How Do I Become A Troop Registrar?

Log in to the Volunteer Learning Portal (link to the right) to access your troop registrar checklist, where you can complete the step by step requirements and learning modules for your role.
