Breaking News! Caroline Sunshine at OHFH!

Get up close and personal with one of your favorite Disney Channel stars! Here’s your chance to meet and have your picture taken with Caroline Sunshine from the Disney Channel Original series “Shake It Up”! *Talent can only meet as many fans as time permits; wristbands required for Meet & Greet.  Wristbands are for those 18 and under only.  All Meet & Greet photos will be taken with a Radio Disney camera.  You will be able to go online to download your picture. No photos with a personal camera will be allowed.

Tickets to meet and greet will be available on April 16, at 12 p.m., noon. Click here for information about fast passes.

Opening Ceremony

Join us as we host a Parade of Service Units, honor our alumnae, and welcome our sister Girl Scouts from across the country. Information for the Parade of Service Units has been sent out to each Service Unit. Please contact your local Service Unit for more information. Radio Disney Rockin' Road Show!

Dance, play and rock out during the Rockin Road Show by Radio Disney! Radio Disney will be hosting games, blasting music, and having fun from 12 -2 p.m. and you won’t want to miss the fun. Hear your favorite songs, dance your heart out, and compete in games with sister Girl Scouts and maybe even your troop leader! Stay for 15 minutes or rock on for an hour – your adventure with Radio Disney is up to you! This Road Show is conveniently located at the GirlTopia Stage. Must See Performances

Prepare to be entertained all day long! With shows ranging from professional groups to our very own Girl Scouts troops, there is something for everyone. Each show promises to be unique and who knows, there may be a chance for you to appear on stage or sing your heart out!

“Inspire” Showcase

It’s just that! These professional and pre-professional performers will rock your socks and leave you feeling inspired. Watch whimsical ballet, heart pumping musical performances, and more!

Performers include: Valley Dance Theatre on Pointe, Martha Vaughan y Grupo Excelencia, Starling Music performing Katy Perry and Adele, and Project Pulse - Bollywood Fusion Dance at its best.

“Connect” Showcase

This community arts spectacular features schools, studios, and community groups in the area including: School of the Valley Dance Center, Starling Music, Harmony Dance Center, Vision Dance and Pilates Center,  and Project Pulse.

“Lights, Camera, Take Action” Showcase

Come on over and see your favorite Girl Scouts perform skits, dances, and songs. Troops of any age or individuals can sign-up to have a time slot in this very special, heart-warming showcase. No auditions required! Sign-up information will be posted in early February.

“Discover” Showcase

Experience new cultures and watch exciting, authentic performances that will take you all over the world.

Performers include: Ballet Folklorico Nicaragua Viva, India Community Center, Vietnamese Fan Dance Troop 60154, and Taiko Ren.

 Melinda Caroll

Melinda is a composer, producer, performer, recording artist, dancer, business woman, a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, and a mom. Flash Mob!

YOU can be part of the biggest GSNorCal flash mob ever at OHFH!  What’s a flash mob? A flash mob is the latest craze where hundreds of people break out doing the exact same thing at the same time – totally unexpectedly! Get your groove on learning the dance moves, receive an awesome patch rocker for your 100th anniversary collection, and get your top secret flash mob envelope letting you know what time and where to perform.  Grand Finale

You won’t want to miss this finale - planned by girls, performed by girls, and with some special guest appearances. Girls will be working with a professional choreographer, vocal coaches, actresses, and more to create this once in a lifetime show that will get you moving in your seats and leave you inspired as we embark on our next 100 years. Our BE the Grand Finale committee includes 76 girls! These girls are from 19 different cities – from as far away as Chico, as close to the event as Pleasanton, and as south as San Jose- ranging from Brownies to Seniors.

Manika will be performing at the Grand Finale! Bringing a fresh, edgy vibe to mainstream pop and unafraid to boldly speak her mind, 18-year-old vocal powerhouse Manika recently released her debut single “Just Can’t Let You Go”. Working with some of music industry’s highest caliber management, songwriting and production talent, Manika (pronounced Ma-NEE-ka) was discovered by Frank DiLeo, Michael Jackson’s long-time manager, and television personality and revered vocal performance coach CeCe Sammy (U.K.’s “Pop Idol”). Amber Lily

San Francisco native, Amber Lily, will take the stage for One Hundred Fun Hundred's Grand Finale! Amber Lily, age 15, performs exciting Pop Rock and Pop R&B songs. You are sure to enjoy the energy that Amber Lily will bring to the stage. Amber was a finalist in the 2010 Radio Disney Next Big Thing (NBT) and her songs can be heard on Radio Disney. Amber's songs have also been played on Disney's "Shake It Up" and on the ABC Family movie "Christmas Cupid". Her newest single and music video "Don't Know What To Do" was just released and a free MP3 can be download. Click here to get it now!


We would like to officially announce the song for our fireworks show! Be excited to rock out to Katy Perry’s “Firework.” Thank you BE the Grand Finale girls and older girl attendees from National Convention in Houston for making the final selection of our song.

 Quartet Rouge

Performing right before the Grand Finale, this act transforms music into an experience for everyone. Quartet Rouge is an alternative string quartet creating percussive and edgy new grooves. The pro string players have turned their talents to the world of rock and pop to create original arrangements of their favorite tunes. From Journey to Lady Gaga, you will be amazed and entranced. She’s Got Talent Competition

The contest: The biggest and best talent competition open to all Girl Scouts, volunteers and alumnae of all ages! The prizes: Be able to perform at OHFH and, the grand prize winner gets to perform at the Grand Finale before the fireworks! The fine print: All acts must be less than 5 minutes and your audition must be submitted via video – either DVD or link to website with video posted by March 12, 2012. Golden Eaglet Movie Making Contest

The contest: Create your own version of The Golden Eaglet that tells the story of today’s Girl Scouts and makes others want to join. The prize: A chance to have your video played during the Grand Finale of OHFH and played throughout the council to recruit new girls and volunteers. The fine print: Videos must be less than 10 minutes and all content must be original. Submissions must be submitted via video – either DVD or link to website with video posted by March 12, 2012. Submissions can be sent to Bree Ponce or 1310 S Bascom Ave, San Jose CA 95128. Are you a Cadette?
