What Does A Troop Helper/Chaperone Do?
Helps girls at troop meetings or chaperones field trips or outings. Assists girls with activities and ensures their safety.
Who Can Be A Troop Helper/Chaperone?
Any registered and screened adult 18 or older, female or male who has completed the required courses for troop helpers/chaperones listed in the Volunteer Learning Portal. If you will drive girls on field trips or outings then also refer to the requirements for troop driver.
How Do I Become A Troop Helper/Chaperone?
Log in to the Volunteer Learning Portal (link to the right) to access your troop helper/chaperone checklist, where you can complete the step by step requirements and learning modules for your role.
